Ordering from Belgium
Select Belgium and euros on Temu. Compare the final total, variant, seller and delivery before paying. Dollar prices recorded for a Cambodia order remain historical observations; they are not Belgian offers converted into euros.
Returns: check the product information
The Belgian policy distinguishes statutory withdrawal rights from commercial returns. The latter generally extend up to 90 days after purchase, with shorter windows for some devices and exclusions. The first eligible return from an order is free. Consult the Belgian policy and the product’s conditions.
Seller, manufacturing origin and dispatch location
Temu connects shoppers with sellers. Check the seller named on the listing, the manufacturing country if stated, and the dispatch location. A platform office or local warehouse does not establish where an item was made.
Tracking an order or reporting a problem
Open the order in your Temu account and inspect tracking for each package. Orders may be divided into several shipments. For a missing, damaged or misdescribed item, use the order’s support options and keep photographs and relevant item references.
Has the price dropped after purchase?
The supplied Temu information describes requesting an adjustment within 30 days for the same item, variant and seller in the same country. Exclusions apply. Check the option in your order; it is not a market-wide lowest-price guarantee.
Choose the country before comparing prices
A country appearing in Temu’s selector does not mean every item can be delivered there. Check destination, currency and final total. A historical USD price is not a current EUR offer.
